Our little Achievers who won Medals, Certificates and Trophies in different Inter school Competitions in the month of April'12

MADHAV SHARMA-III E

Madhav Sharma of class III E got a golden opportunity to play with International Grandmaster - Parimarjan Negi at Airport Authority's Coaching camp.

He lifted the 2nd Rank trophy at the prestigious 'Chandrashekhar memorial Chess Tournament'

NSO LEVEL - II RESULT

BVN Junior School has done it again. In the NSO level -2 exams our students have outshone scores of others.

These students will be receiving CDS, medals, certificates and gift vouchers.

NSTSE LEVEL - II RESULT

At the NSTSE –level II exams 5 students secured ranks within the first hundred (National).

1. Vishwakrit – 22 (Class V)

2. Vaishnavi Narang – 48 (Class V)

3. Adarsh Jha – 90 (Class V)

4. Aditya Roy – 94 (Class V)

5. Manas Narang – 26 (Class IV)

ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE YEAR

Accolades came in early with 12 students becoming the National toppers in the prestigious NSTSE 2011. Priyal Jain won the All India Rank of 3rd and Vishwakrit and Aadya Grover jointly secured the 4th rank.

At the National Science Olympiad, 11 students secured All India Rank within the first 500. They were awarded medals, CDs and gift vouchers.

14 students secured ranks within the first 100, at the Unified Cyber Olympiad. The 1st rank was won by Aadya Grover which carried a cash prize of Rs.2100/-.

In the field of Art several coveted prizes were won by our talented students. At an On the Spot Art Competition organized by the Delhi Police Public School, Vaidehi Jha of class 5F and Anaanya of class 2F won the 1st and the 2nd prizes. Mega prizes were bagged at the Navneet Art Competition.

Our Computer Wizards Tushar Chandana of class 5D and Nikjil Joshi of class 5E made us proud when they won the first prize in a competition held in May 2011 at Apeejay School, Sheikh Sarai.

At a classical dance competition held at K.R. Mangalam World School on 22nd July our students won the 3rd position. In the same Fest, the 1st prize for English Declamation was won by Ramya Punn of class 4B. Aditya Mahajan of class 5 won the 2nd prize in Hasya Kavita and Ananya Verma of class 1 won the 2nd prize in Splash of Colours. This incredible haul of medals helped BVN to lift the Overall Trophy.

We are also proud to announce that our students won the 1st prize in a Retro Dance Competition held at the Kalka Public School on the 10th of August 2011 .The students were awarded a cash prize of Rs.3,100/-

At the Inter School Science Exhibition held at Modern School, Vasant Vihar 4 students of class IV(Ramya Punn-4B, Gurmehar Kaur-4B, Urshita Gupta– 4D and Gauri Mehra – 4D)exhibited models on the topic “Water Harvesting” and won the first prize. In the same event 4 students of class V(Vishwakrit Choradia-5E, Priyal Jain-5E, Rhythm Mahajan – 5D and Shreya Kapoor -5G) exhibited models on the topic “Use of levers in daily life” and won the second prize.

At the Inter School Competition conducted by Laxman Public School Vaidehi Jha of class V won the 2nd prize in Artcompetition and Jasmine Kaur of class 4 won the third prize in English Recitation.

At the Inter School, ‘On the Spot Art Competition’ conducted by Delhi Police Public School, Safdarjung Enclave , Vaidehi Jha of 5F won the first prize, Ananya of class 2F won the second prize and Shakya of 2B won the consolation prize.

We are proud to announce that Vishwabharti School, Noida conducted an art competition in which Anshul Trivedi of class KG E bagged the first prize,and Istuti Bakshi of class KG G came 2nd . In the same event Bulbul Butail of class 5 F and Tushar Chandana of class V E won the second prize.

The following children have made us proud by winning the Overall Trophy of 'Junior Flash' held at Raghubir Singh Junior Modern School, Vasant Vihar. The incredible haul of medals for the third consecutive year along with the hat-trick victory of the overall running trophy have made us immensely proud.

Greenfields School, Safardarjung Enclave conducted an Interschool Cultural Event in which Shivam Agarwal of class 5E and Aadya Grover of class 6 bagged the first prize in Powerpoint presentation competition. In the same fest Bhavya Kohli of class 2G won the second prize in English recitation.
